This is our largest room, extremely spacious with permanent seating for 14 but can be expanded to 25. Ideal for large groups but can also be used for talking therapies. This room is very spacious and versatile and can for used for a variety of functions.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the booking with less than 24hrs notice we will charge youfull price of the booking. You can re-book or cancel the booking with at least 24 hrs notice online. Refund will then be processed. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP DETAILS All members working at The Health Studios (THS) shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions upon joining. Room hire at The Health Studios is by membership only. Prior to commencing membership, all users must have met with the Practice Manager and had a full induction. All members must be professionally qualified, indemnified, and a member of a professional body. On being accepted in any category, members produce evidence of such qualifications, indemnity insurance, and membership. The Health Studios reserves the right to assess practitioners’ qualifications and professional membership and refuse membership to anyone holding a qualification we do not deem sufficient. It is the member’s responsibility to maintain their professional status and remain indemnified for the duration of their membership. THS must be informed of any material change TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP All practitioners working from THS are members, paying a jointing fee of £30 then the booking of the Studio hours can be booked both flexibly online or by the Practice Manager as fixed slot hours as required. BASIC MEMBERSHIP (FLEXI MEMBERSHIP) (Any room, any time) • The minimum commitment is for a Basic Membership which includes four hours per calendar month. These hours can be booked in any location, room, and time. • Any unused hours cannot be carried over to the next calendar month. • Additional flexible ad hoc hours can be book
